Terms & Conditions

Last updated 28 August 2026

The plain-language agreement between you and College of AI International: what your $99 buys, how refunds work, what we promise, and what we do not.

The agreement

These terms govern your use of the College of AI International website and your enrolment in any course we publish. By enrolling in a course or using this site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not enrol.

We may update these terms as the college changes — for example when we add a course format or change a payment method. The version on this page always applies, and the date above tells you when it last changed. Material changes affecting existing students will also be sent by email.

Enrolment and access

Each course is sold individually for a one-time fee of $99 in United States dollars. That fee grants a single named student permanent, personal access to the course video library, its written companion, its template and prompt pack, the student community, and any future re-recordings of that course.

Access is granted to the email address used at checkout and is confirmed by email once payment is complete. Enrolment is personal and non-transferable: you may not share your access, resell it, or use one enrolment to teach a group. Group enrolment for teams is available on request through the contact page.

"Permanent access" means for as long as the college operates the course. If we ever retire a course we will give enrolled students at least ninety days' notice and provide downloadable copies of the video lessons and written materials.

Payment

Payments are processed by our payment provider through a secure hosted checkout. We do not see or store your full card details. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay; any sales tax or VAT required by your location is calculated and displayed before you confirm.

The $99 fee is a one-time charge. There is no subscription, no automatic renewal and no recurring billing of any kind. If you see a recurring charge attributed to the college, contact us immediately and we will investigate and refund it.

Refunds

You may request a refund within fourteen days of enrolment provided you have not completed the course. We ask that you tell us what was missing or unclear, because that feedback is how the curriculum is revised.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method and usually appear within five to ten working days depending on your bank. Where a refund is issued, access to the course ends when it is processed.

We reserve the right to decline a refund where there is evidence of abuse — for example downloading the entire library and then requesting a refund, or repeated refund requests across multiple courses.

Course content and intellectual property

All course videos, written materials, templates, prompts and assets remain the intellectual property of College of AI International. You may use them freely in your own work, including commercial work, for yourself or your employer.

You may not republish, resell, redistribute or teach our materials as your own, upload them to another platform, or use them to train a competing course or model. Downloadable templates and prompts are the exception: those are provided expressly for reuse in your own projects.

Student conduct

The student community exists so that people can post real work and receive honest feedback. Harassment, discrimination, spam, undisclosed promotion and the sharing of other students' work outside the community will result in removal from the community; serious breaches may end your enrolment without refund.

Please respect other students' privacy. Work posted for review is shared in confidence and should not be reproduced elsewhere without the author's permission.

What we do and do not promise

We promise clearly taught, up-to-date, practical instruction and honest guidance about what each tool can and cannot do. We will keep demonstrations current as the tools change, at no additional cost to enrolled students.

We do not promise any particular financial, business or employment outcome. Our founder and business courses teach a process that has worked for many people; results depend on your market, your effort and factors outside anyone's control. Nothing in our courses is financial, legal, tax or investment advice, and course content is not a substitute for professional advice specific to your circumstances.

Our courses discuss third-party tools we do not control. Their pricing, features, availability and terms may change at any time, and we are not responsible for those changes or for any loss arising from your use of them.

Certificates

On completion of a course we issue a certificate naming the course, its level, its estimated hours and the completion date, linked to a public page describing the curriculum. Certificates are records of study completed with us.

College of AI International is an independent online provider. We make no claim of governmental accreditation, degree-awarding powers or affiliation with any university, and our certificates should not be represented as such.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with a course or this site is limited to the amount you paid for the course concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost data or business interruption.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you retain the protections of your local law.

Questions about these terms should be sent to admissions@collegeofai.international, or through the contact page. We reply to every message within one working day.
